"Thin Blue Line Black" is a Fleur De Lis design by Candice Alexander that represents the common symbol for police forces. “When a Law Enforcement Officer is killed, it is not an agency that loses an officer, its an entire nation.” Since the Bi-Centennial of the United States (1976) 6497 Officers have been killed in the Line of Duty. Each casing of this work represents 14 fallen officers.
