Alexander Art Studio Commission Contract

Commissions taken occasionally. Suggestions taken daily. Commission prices range from $400 and up.

The artist owns ALL rights to the commissioned piece UNLESS otherwise written  and signed in another contract.   The buyer may not sell, disribute, modify, copy, reproduce in ANY way shape or form.

All artwork is protected under the laws of the United States Copyright and registered with the U.S. Library of Congress. You may not publish, display, distribute, copy, modify, create derivative works from, or sell any Materials obtained from this site except as otherwise expressly permitted under these Terms of Use.

The Customer will see 2 proofings of the Commissioned artwork, either by email, in person, or by mail.    For any proofs after the initial 2 proofs, there will be an additional charge foreach proof. There is also a charge for ANY remark the artist has to execute.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE in any case.   One third deposit is required on all commissions before the proofing process.

The artist reserves the right to refuse to work with the person, even after the commission has started.

The artist has the option to alter the commissioned piece AFTER it is completed to be added into the Fleur De Lis-Worlds Within Series.

Commissions may take weeks, months, or even years such as the creative process does.

This contract does NOT guarantee that the commission will be completed at ANY specific time.
